Roy Finamore has been a cookbook editor for more than 30 years and has worked with everyone from Martha Stewart and Ina Garten to Tom Colicchio and Gale Gand. He’s also a sought-after cooking instructor, cookbook collaborator, and food stylist. Finamore is the author of the James Beard award-winning cookbook Tasty and the co-author of One Potato, Two Potato.
