Sophie Dahl gave up a career as a model to pursue her passion for writing. Luckily for us all, it paid off. She currently writes for the UK’s The ObserverThe Guardian, British Vogue, and The Saturday Times Magazine, among others, and chronicles her misadventures with food in the BBC series, The Delicious Miss Dahl. She’s also the author of nearly half a dozen books, including Miss Dahl’s Voluptuous Delights and Very Fond of Food. @mssophiedahl
