Brooke Parkhurst, Recipe Tester

A list of all the recipes Brooke Parkhurst has tested.

Brooke is a recovering restaurant pastry chef and former bakery owner who, when stressed out, likes to decompress by trying “Great British Bake Off” technical challenges! In spite of this quirk, she’s a huge fan of simple cakes and home-style desserts. She also loves making Indian, Mexican, and Middle Eastern dishes as well as just about anything with pork. Basically, she can be found happily puttering in the kitchen whenever she has a spare moment.

She and her wife live in rural Northern Maryland and enjoy the scenery and the local farms.
