Nancy Mock

Nancy Mock is a lifelong New Englander, originally from Vermont and now living in Massachusetts. She has nearly a decade of professional experience as a writer, recipe developer, and food photographer. Her work has been published on sites like Taste of Home, Mashed, and Simply Recipes. Nancy was the grand-prize winner of the National Girl Scouts Cookie Recipe Contest in 2016, for her Trefoils Toffee and Chocolate Bark recipe.

Nancy is the creator of the website Hungry Enough To Eat Six, where she shares comfort food recipes and writing inspired by the six New England states. When she’s not in the kitchen or behind her camera, Nancy enjoys traveling with her husband Christian, to visit their kids, play with their grandson, shop for vintage cookbooks, and find the tastiest regional eats on the road.
