Erin Bolger

Erin Bolger is the author of The Happy Baker and the host of a web series by the same name on Food Network Canada, The Happy Baker. Growing up in Ontario, she developed a passion for baking early on, making her first solo batch of shortbread at the age of nine. She worked as a make-up artist for nearly 20 years, constantly baking away her stress and sharing recipes with coworkers, before she decided to become a full-time baker.
