Fabio Viviani was born in Florence, Italy, where he started working in restaurants at the age of 14. He’s now the owner and executive chef of Café Firenze in Moorpark, CA; Firenze Osteria in Los Angeles; and Siena Tavern in Chicago. He also competed on the fifth season of Bravo TV’s Top Chef and was among the final four contestants.
