Genevieve Taylor is a food stylist and author of six books including The Ultimate Wood-Fired Oven Cookbook (2018) and Charred (2019). She writes regularly for Olive and Sainsbury’s magazines, demonstrates live-fire cookery at food festivals all over the UK, and has co-presented Radio 4’s The Food Programme.
