Giuliano Hazan is a food writer and best-selling author of five cookbooks, including The Classic Pasta CookbookEvery Night Italian, and Hazan Family Favorites. He also runs a cooking school in Verona and is the recipient of the IACP award for Cooking Teacher of the Year in 2007. (And yes, in case you were wondering, he’s the son of Italian cookbook writer Marcella Hazan.) @giulianohazan
