Giuliano Hazan is a food writer and best-selling author of five cookbooks, including The Classic Pasta CookbookEvery Night Italian, and Hazan Family Favorites. He also runs a cooking school in Verona and is the recipient of the IACP award for Cooking Teacher of the Year in 2007.
