Jessica Dupuy is a fourth-generation Texan and a freelance writer whose work has appeared in Texas Monthly, Texas Highways, Fodor’s Travel, National Geographic Traveler, Imbibe, and The Hollywood Reporter, among other publications. She’s also the co-writer of nearly half a dozen cookbooks, including her most recent collaboration, Jack Allen’s Kitchen. Dupuy lives in Austin with her husband, their son Gus, and daughter Ashlyn. @JessicaNDupuy
