John Barricelli is the chef and owner of SoNo Baking Company in South Norwalk, CT and the author of a cookbook by the same name, The SoNo Baking Company Cookbook. A third-generation baker who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, he worked at the famed River Café and Le Bernardin before opening his own bakeries. He also hosted Everyday Baking on PBS and is a frequent guest on The Martha Stewart Show. @sonobakingco
