Jordan Bourke was the winner of the K-Food Festival, a search for the United Kingdom’s best Korean chef. He was also awarded an honorary ambassadorship by the Korean Foreign Ministry to promote Korean food in the United Kingdom. Award-winning Korean fashion designer Rejina Pyo introduced Bourke to Korean food culture and collaborated with him on their book, Our Korean Kitchen. @jordanbourke
