Lynne Rossetto Kasper | Sally Swift

Lynne Rossetto Kasper is the host and co-creator of The Splendid Table radio program. She's also the author of a cookbook by the same name, The Splendid Table, which won both the James Beard and Julia Child/IACP Cookbook of the Year awards. Kasper has more than 40 years experience as a teacher, researcher, writer, and lecturer. Sally Swift is the managing producer and co-creator of The Splendid Table radio program. She's also an avid gardener, bicyclist, and public radio aficionado. Together, she and Kasper have written two cookbooks, How to Eat Supper and How to Eat Weekends. After nearly two decades of working together, their only complaint is that they rarely have time for a real lunch.
