Matt Wilkinson runs the much-loved Melbourne eating and drinking establishment Pope Joan, and the recently opened The Pie Shop. His partner, Sharlee Gib is part chef wrangler, part event maker, and the founder of Fully Booked, a social community for women in the food and media industry.
