Meg Ray is chef and owner of Miette in San Francisco’s historic Ferry Building and the author of a cookbook by the same name, Miette. She’s a self-taught baker, and her influences range from candy shop windows in Vienna to the wild blackberries growing on her island home. She lives in Oakland, CA. @miettemeg
