Rachel Allen

Rachel Allen‘s earliest cooking memory is baking cookies (or “biscuits,” as they’re called in Ireland). Her passion for the kitchen led her to study at Ireland’s prestigious Ballymaloe Cookery School, where she’s now a teacher. She’s also hosted several BBC TV series as well as authored nearly half a dozen cookbooks. She lives in County Cork, Ireland, with her husband, two young sons, and their dog Buddy.@rachelallen1
