Russell Norman

Russell Norman is the owner of nearly half a dozen Venetian restaurants in London, including the celebrated POLPO. He’s also the author of a cookbook by the same name, POLPO. Norman grew up in west London and was an English and drama teacher before entering the restaurant world. He now lives in London’s Blackheath neighborhood with his wife and three children. @russell_norman
