Tish Boyle is the editor of “Dessert Professional” magazine, a trade magazine for the pastry industry. Formerly the editor of “Chocolatier” and “Pastry Art & Design magazines,” Tish is a graduate of Smith College and La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris.
