Carolina Faulkner

Carolina learned to cook at a very young age. Her fondest childhood memories are of jarring fresh tomato sauce in her basement kitchen with her family and preparing the annual Christmas Eve feast for the extended family.

She is an avid vegetable gardener and gives credit to her father for teaching her the value of growing food from the earth.

Her passion for cooking inspired her venture into her own personal chef business where she whipped up delicious Mediterranean dishes for her clients.

She is currently a freelance copy editor specializing in recipe editing. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, testing new recipes for Leite’s Culinaria, hiking with her husband, playing pickleball with her friends, and traveling the food scenes of Europe.
