This updated version of the classic, made with mini meatballs and creamy mushroom sauce, is so rich and comforting that you may never go back to the original.

A traditional Azorean dish that boasts meltingly tender oven-braised beef, potatoes, chouriço, and onions. It's a rustic, homey, Sunday supper sorta dish from my VERY Portuguese mom.

Steak marinated in a soy-ginger sauce is grilled, and wrapped with lettuce and peppers, before being wholly devoured. They're about as cool and fresh as you can get.
