Ian Rhile

Ian Rhile fell in love with cooking while pursuing his doctorate in chemistry at Cornell University. Decades later, he teaches a college course on the science of food and cooking at Albright College in Pennsylvania. While not teaching or performing experiments in the laboratory, he experiments with cooking at home. You may find Ian in the kitchen making his favorite Meyer Lemon Tart with a Layer of Chocolate to happily serve and enjoy.
