Nicole Seguin

Nicole is a Gothenburg, Sweden-based cook, food creator, and mom. Her passion for cooking and food photography stems from her upbringing in rural Alberta, Canada. Her first memories are of napping under the pizza oven in her parents’ restaurant while they whipped up T-bone steaks, cheeseburgers, soup de jour, prime rib, and legendary pizza that customers would come from miles around to enjoy.

A ferocious bread baker and student of sourdough, Nicole thrives in her home kitchen baking North American favorites and mastering Sweden’s famous Husmanskost (home cooking), including Swedish meatballs, cinnamon buns (kanelbullar), yellow pea soup, and Swedish pancakes, to name a few.
