Simia Henry is a Mind Body Wellness practitioner, Reiki master, and intuitive food guide who is passionate about understanding the sacredness of the food that we consume and how it informs our body and emotional health. She’s a vegan foodie, a passionate healer, musician, and artist who weaves her spiritual journey into every aspect of life, from dinner to decor.
