Amy Chaplin

Amy Chaplin has worked as a vegetarian chef for more than 20 years. She’s the former executive chef of New York’s celebrated vegan restaurant Angelica Kitchen, a recipe developer, a teacher, and a private chef whose clients include Natalie Portman and Liv Tyler. Her work been featured in Martha Stewart Living, Vogue, and New York magazine, among other publications. A native of Australia, Chaplin has lived in Amsterdam, London, Sydney, and New York over the past two decades and currently resides in New York City. @amychaplin
