Ashley Christensen

Ashley Christensen is the chef and owner of seven restaurants in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina, among them Poole’s Diner. Her cooking emphasizes locally grown, seasonal ingredients and has a brilliance about how she recreates classic dishes. In 2014, Ashley was awarded the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast. Her debut cookbook is Poole’s Recipes and Stories From A Modern Diner. @ashley_christensen
