Camilla Plum is a Danish chef known for her work in organic gastronomy. Plum is the founder of Denmark’s first organic restaurant, Cap Horn, and has published 17 books focused on organic cuisine, gardening, cooking, and baking. She also started The Real Thing, a company whose work included the conversion of public institutions to organic food, door-to-door deliveries of organic food, cookbooks for organic kindergartens, and organic catering. @camillaplum
