About Clodagh McKenna

Clodagh McKenna is the host of Irish Food Trails on PBS and a regular contributor to The Daily Meal. She’s the author of nearly half a dozen cookbooks, including her most recent titles, Clodagh’s Kitchen Diaries and Homemade, which won a Gourmand World Cookbook Award. An Irish native, McKenna trained as a chef at Ballymaloe Cookery School and started a series of farmers’ markets throughout Ireland. @clodagh_mckenna
