Colman Andrews

Colman Andrews is a cofounder and former editor-in-chief of Saveur magazine and a former restaurant critic for Gourmet. A native of Los Angeles with degrees in history and philosophy from UCLA, he’s currently the editorial director of The Daily Meal and the author of nearly a dozen cookbooks, including The Country Cooking of Italy. He lives in New York with his wife and two daughters. @Colmanandrews
