Daniel Young is a food critic, founder of Young and Foodish blog, and the author of several books, including Made in Marseilles, and The Bistros, Brasseries and Wine Bars of Paris. He has written articles for The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Bon Appetit Magazine, and Condé Nast Traveler and served as food critic and columnist for the New York Daily News from 1985-1996, and head restaurant critic from 1996-2000.
