Denis Kelly

Denis Kelly is a teacher, food consultant ,and author or co-author of many books, including Creole and Cajun Cooking and The Complete Meat Cookbook. Kelly grew up in Los Angeles, California, and studied literature and the classics at the Sorbonne in Paris before returning to California and working in public relations. He lives in the Oakland area with his wife.
