Frank Browning

Frank Browning is a writer and correspondent for National Public Radio. He’s also the author of nearly a dozen books, including Apples: The Story of the Fruit of Temptation, which won the 1999 IACP/Julia Child Cookbook Award. His articles and essays have appeared in the Washington Post, International Herald Tribune, Los Angeles Times, and Gourmet, among others. Browning lives in Paris.
