About Heidi Gibson | Nate Pollak

Wife-and-husband duo Heidi Gibson and Nate Pollak are the owners of the popular American Grilled Cheese Kitchen in San Francisco, CA. They’re also the authors of a cookbook by the same name, Grilled Cheese Kitchen. After Gibson won her seventh national grilled cheese championship, she and Pollak decided to go pro in May 2010 and have since expanded to three locations in the city. @theamericansf
