J. Kenji López-Alt is the writer behind the James Beard award-nominated column The Food Lab on Serious Eats and the author of a cookbook by the same name, The Food Lab. He also serves as the managing culinary director for Serious Eats and as a columnist for Cooking Light. López-Alt lives in San Francisco, CA with his wife Adriana. @kenjilopezalt
