Johnnie Mountain is a London-based chef and the star of BBC2’s Great British Menu. He worked at acclaimed restaurants Café Dell Ugo, Zilli Fish, and The Fat Duck before branching out on his own in 2000, opening Mosaica, followed by The English Pig and The Atrium.
