Laura Washburn

Laura Washburn was born in Los Angeles and trained at the prestigious Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne in Paris. She’s the best-selling author of nearly a dozen cookbooks, and after recently acquiring a master’s in Food Policy from City University London, her focus has been teaching cooking and nutrition. Washburn lives in London’s Muswell Hill.
