Michael McLaughlin

Michael McLaughlin was a chef and food writer who regularly contributed to Bon Appétit and Food & Wine, among other publications. He was also a prolific cookbook author with more than two dozen titles to his name, including The Silver Palate Cookbook, The Southwestern Grill, and Williams-Sonoma Collection: Thanksgiving.
