Olivia Bleitz

Olivia Bleitz is a St. Louis native that has always loved food but struggled to boil water until her mid-twenties. She fell hard and fast for time in the kitchen: exploring new ingredients, cuisines, and loving the hunt for a particular ingredient or creating overly detailed multi-course menus. She has had the opportunity to further leverage her Type-A personality in the kitchen by helping to test recipes with Leite’s Culinaria and others for the past three years.
