Sophie S.

Growing up in a multicultural family has opened Sophieโ€™s eyes to the diverse and infinite possibilities of food. With a Korean-American father and Scottish mother, who enjoys cooking meals from many different countries, Sophie understands how an ingredient can be transformed by cooking and culture.

She has observed that moms spend a lot of time figuring out how to get kids to eat things they think they donโ€™t like and how they have to get creative as a result. Sophie believes that every ingredient can be delicious, even the most humble and those she doesnโ€™t particularly like on their own. She’s made it her goal to discover new ways to enjoy the perhaps less-inspiring ingredients and turn them into something magical! On the weekend, you may find Sophie in the kitchen whipping up her favorite Blueberry Brioche French Toast Casserole to enjoy with her family.
