There's nothing wallflowerish about this stir-fry, not with its gingery zing of tongue-tingling, sinus-clearing, tummy-settling ginger. Nothing at all.
An Italian classic. Pork loin is rubbed with an intoxicating blend of garlic, rosemary, and sage and then slowly roasted until sigh-inducingly tender. Easy, elegant and certain to impress.
Seared steak. Caramelized onions. Warm ciabatta. Sounds like something we're not going to want to share. (And yes, this works perfectly with that leftover steak you have in the fridge.)
