Deborah Schneider is executive chef and owner of SOL Restaurant Group and author of five cookbooks, including Baja! Cooking on the Edge and Cooking with the Seasons at Rancho La Puerta, which was nominated for a James Beard Award in 2009.. Schneider has worked in many kitchens across Southern California and currently lives in the San Diego area with her husband and two kids. @chefdebsol
