Jennifer, Jessica, and Jill Emich

Triplets Jessica, Jill, and Jennifer Emich are the owners of the popular Shine restaurant in Boulder, CO. Jessica is the mastermind behind the menu at Shine. She graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a hotel and restaurant management degree, attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, and holds a master’s degree in holistic nutrition. Jill is the manager, director of events, and bar manager at Shine. She also pursued a hotel and restaurant management degree at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and attended the California Culinary Academy. Jennifer manages Shine’s front-of-the-house operations. She graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a degree in elementary education, which has helped her work with all sorts of people (and their inner child). Eat Drink Shine is their first cookbook. @shineboulder
