Katie and Giancarlo Caldesi have a long-standing passion for Italian food. They’re the owners of Caffé Caldesi in London and Caldesi in Campagna in the English countryside. They also run an Italian cooking school in London, La Cucina Caldesi, where Katie and Giancarlo have spent more than a decade teaching students at every level.
