David Page is the founder and owner of Home, a cozy, local-centric restaurant in the West Village of New York City with his wife Barbara Shinn. Together, they wrote Recipes from Home, which features American comfort food dishes. David and his wife are also owners of Shinn Estates Vineyard in Mattituck, New York, which they began in 1998. Shinn Estates is the first East Coast winery and inn to be solely powered by alternative energy and utilize holistic farming techniques.
