Very quick and easy. The pork I would say needs four minutes at the very most. Tasty and very tender. Served with roast potatoes and a creamy mashed swede.

Absolutely delicious! I used fresh basil (didn’t have chervil). I had purchased a fresh crab and pulled all the meat out, used your suggestion about finding little pieces of shell, worked perfectly and thanks for that tidbit. Will be making this delicious dish often!

OMG!!! This was so easy. We had a bunch of fresh halibut, it worked perfectly. Darn fish sauce is so pee-you stinky, then in a hot minute transforms into this luscious umami sauce. I will have to admit I was super skeptical, but then viola, we had a 5-star fish dish, that frankly my sautéed haricot verts were embarrassed! I gotta go shout from the roof top how absolutely YUMILICIOUS this fish is!! Do it! make it, you won’t regret it one bit!!! TY!

We think this is a perfect Saturday night (or any night) when it is raining or cooler than expected so you can turn on the oven meal! We have enjoyed this many times and tonight I served it with saffron rice which I thought it was a perfect accompaniment. We used tenderloin tips which our butcher recommended over the sirloin (same price) and they were delicious! I had sour cream in the fridge so used that for the sauce, and it was pretty good but I will say I prefer yogurt. As always, thanks for an easy, relaxing Saturday night meal. We are now tucking into a movie!

Really delicious–better than I expected! The only change I would make would be to marinate the onions and pork chops (and maybe the peaches) for a few hours or more in a bowl in the fridge.

I would like her recipe for sheet pan chicken with rhubarb and red onion.
Bobbi, we don’t have it, but I’m sure you can find it in her books or on the internet.
OMG I love Melissa Clark’s recipes. One that wasn’t posted is her Beef Bourguignon recipe. It is, to say the least… OUTSTANDING and totally company-worthy. She is a great chef using simple but elegant ingredients. Thanks so much for posting her recipes and sharing with us!
Great suggestion, Grammasue!
