TelephoneLEITE’S CULINARIA is committed to providing aspiring as well as working food writers useful classes, courses, and one-on-one services that are based on the hard-earned, real-world experiences of its teachers, all of whom are working professionals in the field.

What makes our events different is all of our seminars, classes, and private sessions are conducted on the phone (it’s a toll-free call; long distance rates apply), and the sessions are recorded and posted in a private section on our site, so students can listen at their leisure for greater comprehension. And it’s an ideal set up for foreign students who may want to attend, but because of time-zome differences can’t.
