Greg Crawford

Greg Crawford is a career business writer who took his mother’s words of wisdom, delivered when he was a teenager, to heart: If you can read, you can cook. And he’s been doing it ever since. He has attended many cooking classes over the years…the best ones being those in which you eat what you make! Until about six years ago, he focused on cooking and didn’t really do any baking but that’s changed and today, he has become known among his friends as the guy who makes the goodies. He loves cooking for others and says the power of breaking bread together is real. Being a Leite’s tester has given him the opportunity to try recipes he otherwise probably wouldn’t. And most times, they turn out great!
