Shauna Hinchen-Joyal

Shauna Hinchen-Joyal lives north of Boston with her husband and two children. She studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking and pastry industry for over 20 years. She specializes in European pastries and wedding cake design as well as food styling.  She teaches baking classes and she recently launched a mobile dessert and coffee bar to bring craft coffee and artisan desserts to parties, weddings, and corporate events.
